I am absolutely delighted to announce that the Folkestone Coastal 10K has been honoured with the prestigious title of Best Charity Sports Event 2026 – South East England in the esteemed Corporate Visions Global Business Awards.
This recognition is a testament to the unwavering dedication to making a positive impact in the community through sports and charity.
Event race Director and organiser Ray Johnson said, “I am deeply grateful for this recognition and truly delighted of the remarkable achievement, which reflects the hard work and passion of everyone involved. It’s an honour to see the event making a difference in the community with over £840,000 raised over the fifteen year’s, and I look forward to continuing our efforts to support worthy causes through sports. It is the third time to win the award which goes to show the event truly ‘goes the extra mile’.
Further, I am passionate to share best practice in the hope other events, business, stakeholders and charities take on these ideals. Without your continuous help and support this would not be achievable.”
