As race director I love to get feedback from runners and teams if they are raising funds for good cause here is one from Emma Hunt:
I ran my first 10K run in Folkestone and raised £450 for a charity called United Response and a local charity called the Cheriton Community Network who I volunteer for. Five years ago I woke up one morning and I couldn’t walk, ending up with a diagnosis of a neurological condition. I am so lucky and grateful to be walking again, let alone running and am so proud to raise this money for a fantastic cause.
Amazing – keep them coming and we can upload your stories. ray@folkestonecoastal10k.co.uk
