Race Director Ray Johnson is delighted to report that;
“This year’s race on Sunday 30th May is going great guns with already over 650 runners registered including several teams on board including SAGA, Church & Dwight, Folkestone College and Livingstone Homes. Best book quick as we may have to close soon. The race will be held in accordance with any Covid-19 requirements. This exciting 10 kilometre running event taking place on Sunday 30h May 2021 and the start times this year will be between 09:00 and 10:00 runners will be able to choose their preferred slot.”
“Many runners are supporting charities who certainly need all the help they can get. The event itself also supports good local causes including Rotary Clubs who distribute vital funds within the local areas. I have received many messages of gratitude that the race is proceeding once again from runners who have been keen to participate.

“The 10 kilometre run will head towards Hythe and then return, on the flat promenade so there is sure to be a chance of personal best for those experienced runners. The event will be supporting local and international charitable causes, and participants are encouraged to run for their chosen charity. We have various age ranges registered including a number of 15 years old who have been invited to participate from local schools to an 84 year old.”
